What is BALANCE?

Building Alliances for Autism Needs in Clinical Encounters 

 

BALANCE is an online, interactive program which provides information and activities designed to help healthcare providers learn more about ASD and practice ways to effectively tailor their care to meet the individual needs of each child and family.

At BALANCE our aim is to make sure that healthcare professionals have the knowledge, skills, and support to feel comfortable caring for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.

The objective of BALANCE is to improve the delivery care to children with ASD and their families through program of community-based participatory research.
